Vicky Lynn Chapa
January 18, 1955 - June 2, 2015
Vicky Lynn Chapa Vicky Lynn Chapa, a long time resident of Willow Springs, unexpectedly passed away Tuesday afternoon, June 2, 2015, while at her home. Born January 18th, 1955 in St. Louis County, Missouri to Carl and Marie (Thomas) Vaden, she was 60 years old. Vicky loved being outdoors, plain and simple. She absolutely loved everything associated with it such as swimming, four wheeling, or "mudding," camping, long drives and especially down red clay dirt roads. She also enjoyed shopping, antiquing, attending yard sells, drawing, and was described as a fabulous artist. However, she especially enjoyed spending time with and loving her grandchildren. She and her husband would often spend many midnights staying up playing video games with them while eating popcorn and drinking soda, creating memories that will last a lifetime. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister, and one grandson. She is survived by her loving husband Rico Chapa of Willow Springs; her sons, Mike Casey of Florida and Matthew Casey and his wife Lori of Festus, MO; her daughters Shelly Mills and her husband Jim of Wichita, KS; Sharlene Ward and her husband David of Houston, MO; and her "adopted" daughter Tabitha Montgomery Denman and her husband William of St. Louis, MO. She is further survived by three sisters, one brother, and numerous nieces and nephews.
